Founder and Principal Consultant - Paul Oliver
Paul spent more than 25 years in the Fleet Management and Automotive sectors in both wholesale and retail operations, including state and national leadership roles for large organisations such as Custom Fleet, ORIX and Kia Motors Australia.
Paul regularly writes for industry publications including Fleet Auto News and the Australasian Fleet Management Association (AfMA) magazine, FleetDrive. His expertise is sought after by a range of organisations.
Paul holds a Master of Management and Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Management from Macquarie University and is trained in Lean Six Sigma, while also holding an international certification in Agile Project Management.

Award Winning Experience
As National Manager (Product and Process) at ORIX Australia, Paul was responsible for driving Innovation - developing and delivering class-leading solutions in the highly competitive fleet market. During this time, ORIX was awarded consecutive Australian Financial Review Most Innovative Company Awards in 2017, 2018 and 2019.
Paul also worked in senior management roles for Custom Fleet over a 16 - year period including Regional Manager NSW/ACT. He and his team were responsible for a portfolio of approximately 350 corporate and small/medium fleets with 20,000+ passenger, light and heavy commercial vehicles under management.
With his extensive expertise, Paul founded Fleet Advisory so Not For Profit Organisations, Public Companies, Private businesses and Government Entities can minimise costs, manage risk and implement best practice.
